- Process your Assembly registration and issue your identification name tag.

Logistical and health information is kept strictly confidential and is shared only with essential Assembly organizers, accommodation partners, and designated healthcare providers to ensure a safe environment.
5. Your Rights & Data Retention We retain your registration and logistical data only for as long as necessary to execute the Assembly and complete mandatory post-event reporting.
